Location: 100% Onsite- Near Imperial, PA
The A.C. Coy Company has an immediate opening for a Electrical Test Technician. Ideal candidates must have a 2 year technical degree in electronics or equivalent experience in technical capabilities. This individual must have strong organizational skills and be willing to stretch their skillset and troubleshoot complex product issues.
Responsibilities:
- Repair products that are defective off the production line
- Alert Quality and Production team of recurring assembly issues
- Conduct and prepare reports for tests requested by customers for in-warranty product problems
- Maintain adequate inventory to perform repairs
- Analyze and/or repair product returns
- Provide failure analysis data to Quality Control and Engineering on an as needed basis
- Conduct and prepare reports for tests requested by customers for in-warranty product problems
- Process warranty returns in the ERP system
Education
- 2 Year technical degree in Electronics or equivalent experience required
Experience
- Must have basic soldering skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills are required
- Proficient expertise in Microsoft Office is required, particularly Word and Excel
- Demonstrated capability as a self-starter in a hands-on environment
- Proficiency in SQL is desired, but not required
