Job Title: Infor Syteline Administrator/Business Analyst
Location: On-Site Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Infor Syteline Administrator/Business Analyst to join our Systems Team.
This on-site role will focus on the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Infor
Syteline ERP system to support business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical
knowledge paired with functional ability, capable of thinking critically and collaborating effectively
with stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infor Syteline Administration: Administer and configure the Infor Syteline ERP system to meet business requirements, including module configuration, user setup, and security.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain sales, purchasing, production, shipping, engineering, month-end, and annual reports to ensure accurate and timely information is available for business operations.
- Integrated Application Management: Manage and support integrated applications within Syteline, ensuring seamless operation and data integrity.
- Custom Solutions: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and develop custom reports and dashboards using Power BI and Birst.
- User Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of the latest Infor Syteline features and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize system performance.
- Documentation & Support: Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration settings, and customization details. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve Syteline system issues.
Job Qualifications
Education:
➢ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Information
Systems, or a related field.
Experience:
➢ Extensive experience managing and updating the Infor Syteline ERP system, with a
background in manufacturing and reporting tools.
Technical & Functional Skills:
➢ Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to
interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Certification:
➢ Certification in Infor Syteline administration or relevant ERP certifications is a plus.
Additional Information:
- Relocation and Sponsorship: Not available for this position.
- On-Site Commitment: 3-4 months on-site required before the possibility of discussing Hybrid for the right candidate.
