Insight Global is seeking a Cable Technician to support an installation project for a growing company in Fayetteville, NC. Responsibilities will include cable installations and terminations for copper and fiber, reading blueprints, installing devices such as Intercom, PA, CCTV, and utilizing machine/hand tools. This role will also require you to work at heights of up to 35ft.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience as a cable technician or in a similar role.
- Experience with installations and terminations of copper and fiber cable.
- Ability to pass background check to support a government project.
Plusses:
- Any industry related degree.
- Relevant certifications for cabling, copper and fiber.
- Experience turning screws.
They pay for this position will vary between $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience and skillsets.
