Structural Designer
Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced Structural Designer to contribute to the design and structural components of various construction projects from concept to completion.

Focus:
- Develop and oversee detailed structural designs and analyses for construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and verify project budgets related to structural design components, ensuring cost efficiency through proactive planning and financial oversight. Address cost variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Create and review detailed structural drawings and specifications using software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with design professionals, construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure structural integrity and project cohesion.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients, design professionals, and vendors. Regularly communicate project status, address concerns, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Guide project teams and external contractors to optimize efficiency and safety protocols.
- Prepare and review project reports, including cost reports, progress reports, and performance analyses. Conduct progress meetings and document outcomes.
Skill Set:
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a structural designer in a related field.
- Highly skilled in Revit and proficient in AutoCAD.
- Design experience in the food and beverage, cold storage, or warehousing industry preferred.
- Strong proficiency in process improvement, budget tracking, and performance management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to contribute immediately and effectively to project needs.
- Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in Fayetteville with limited travel requirements.
