The Web Change Service Omni team’s main focus is providing customers with the ability to purchase additional products and services through our website. Our main goals are:
- Decrease call volume
- Increase online orders/upgrades
- Increase conversion rate
The Data analyst on this team would have overall responsibility to:
- Build Kibana and Tableau dashboard to track the success of buy flow on a daily, weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly basis
- Prepare readouts for leadership (directors, VP, SVP, and cross-functional leadership). The metrics will go up to the CEO, so the story and metrics need to be perfect.
- Support the Omni team by partnering with the Product Owner and Data platforms team to create tracking tags on new features. This will require an understanding of the tagging process and Jira
Skills / Responsibilities (in addition to those in the current job description) – the candidate will be expected, with Charter specific training, to jump in on day 1
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing metrics
- Advanced analytics capabilities and storytelling
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a web analyst role
- Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Microsoft Excel
- Critical Thinking
- Data Visualization
- Presentation Skills
