Squad Lead, Cyber Data Analytics
The Role
As the Squad Lead of one of our Cybersecurity Data Analytics teams you will lead the group on its mission of being a trusted partner to external and internal clients. Your squad will leverage our most critical asset, data, to support critical decision-making through useful data, analytics, and insights. Through your leadership the group will help us tell a story of trust which will always be critical for Fidelity. In a dynamic space such as cybersecurity you will continually collaborate with internal business partners to build new and innovative data solutions (dashboards, data feeds, predictive analytics), as well as proactively help customers/stakeholder with data-driven insights to support their product portfolios. The associate will also help drive alignment to the Enterprise Data Strategy for ECS while collaborating closely with Enterprise Data Architecture and Data Governance functions.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Proven knowledge with data technologies and leading data analytics products and solutions delivery
- Proven leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead a data engineering team to build and support enterprise grade data products
- Experience working with data lake solutions such as Snowflake
- Experience with a variety data platforms and tools preferably cloud-based
- Experience architecting, designing, and implementing modern data movement processes
- Experience with modern business intelligence tooling
- Experience with Data Governance functions and tools
- Committed people leader capable of developing others within your knowledge area to accelerate and achieve increased skill proficiency
- Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships at all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The Team
The Cyber Data Analytics team is focused on providing analytics and insights to all stakeholders within Enterprise Cybersecurity. They support all the product areas within Fidelity requiring very close relationships as well as adoption and use of the latest tools and technologies in the data engineering and analytics space.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs.
