Commercial Roofing Service Manager

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roofing, including sales and customer service (preferably in commercial construction).
- In-depth knowledge of roofing applications and materials.
- Strong communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift materials, set up ladders, and walk on roofs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
- Provide strong leadership to guide the team toward achieving set objectives.
- Effectively manage schedules, anticipating weather impacts, and overseeing project outcomes.
