We're hiring to find a strong candidate willing to take full time work on a salaried basis to support one of our best clients, the client is seeking to find a strong resource as it pertains to Microsoft toolings, specifically with Azure (Sentinel, Defender, Intune, Azure AD, et cetera)
This role will be HYBRID (2-3 days a week in office, 2-3 days a week remote, at this time we are not able to provide any financial relocation assistance, and we are not able to sponsor at this time for any visa related matters. All applicants must be willing and able to work directly for the client on a full time basis!
What You Can Offer Us
1. **Performance Analysis:** Track and analyze SOC key performance indicators and security metrics.
2. **Threat Assessment:** Utilize Microsoft Sentinel for in-depth analysis of security events and alerts.
3. **Incident Response:** Develop and implement runbooks and response plans using Microsoft Sentinel.
4. **Expert Guidance:** Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft security technologies.
5. **Collaboration:** Work with stakeholders to investigate incidents and support compliance.
6. **Proactive Security:** Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and recommend preventive measures.
7. **IT Integration:** Ensure security is integrated into hardware and software processes.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of cybersecurity experience in a SOC environment.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel approximately 5%.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
