Role Title: Business Process Manager
Client: Bank/Financial Client
Employment Type: Contract; Contract-to-Hire
Location: Remote with one week travel a month to Buffalo, NY
Role Description:
- Should have some Project/Program Management experience
Create the project plan and timelines
Attend sessions and be instrumental in the business process mapping discussions
Work with the other project Managers on KDD's
Will work on BPI Methodology- standardization, operational efficiency, risk management, support & guidance and continuous improvement
Responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes within an organization

Requirements:
Project/Program Management experience
Strong BPM experience specifically within a mid-size/larger bank or within the financial industry.
Have constructed BPI methodologies from the ground up
Skills and Competencies:
Analytical thinking: Ability to break down complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
Project management: Overseeing the implementation of new processes from start to finish.
Communication: Clearly explaining process changes and collaborating with various teams.
Change management: Handling the human aspect of process changes to ensure smooth transitions.
