Position Overview:
This role involves engaging in quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to relevant quality standards and regulatory guidelines. Based at our El Segundo, CA location, this position will report directly to the Senior QA Manager of Quality Operations.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Review batch documentation and address any issues to ensure timely product release.
- Conduct thorough quality assessments of batches before final disposition.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes adhere to established control measures.
- Oversee the initiation, investigation, and resolution of product-related deviations.
- Manage the initiation and closure of necessary Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
- Develop and update procedures, forms, and other related documentation.
- Represent the Disposition or QA Operations team in plant and multi-site scheduling meetings.
- Provide QA support at multi-site disposition meetings.
- Act as a QA representative in projects and team meetings.
- Maintain and track product disposition metrics to support management reviews and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in and participate during inspections and audits.
