Job Description:
Are you an experienced travelling Superintendent with a passion for commercial retail projects? Our esteemed client is seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to oversee and manage retail construction projects across the East Coast, from Maine to Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage commercial retail construction projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and site personnel to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Travel extensively to various project sites, with project durations ranging from 5 weeks to 12 months.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a superintendent in commercial retail construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and stay on-site for the duration of the projects.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the East Coast.
