We are currently hiring for a MS Collaboration Engineer. The MS Collaboration Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting unified communications and collaboration solutions within the company. This includes implementing and managing the Microsoft Teams environment, video conferencing systems, and ensuring a robust network architecture to deliver the highest level of quality. The role will work closely with IT teams and business leaders to ensure the optimal performance, security, and usability of the solutions and services.
Environment
The Collaboration Engineer works on a hybrid mode, so you will be expected to work in office three days minimum per week. We will set you up for success by providing:

MS Collaboration Communications Engineer Role Responsibilities
- Design and deploy effective collaboration solutions using Microsoft Teams.
- Help lead Zoom phones to MS Teams phones migration.
- Configure and maintain video conferencing systems across locations globally.
- Provide expert level technical support to resolve complex issues for unified communications and collaboration platforms.
- Provide engineering support for network maintenance and strategies impacting real time communications.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with the standards and security practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that deliver value to the business.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in collaboration solutions to recommend strategic improvements.
- Document and maintain the collaboration policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical discipline with proven experience.
- Minimal 5 years prior job-related experience.
- Proven experience managing and monitoring Teams Phone, meetings, and certified devices using tools like Microsoft Teams admin center and PowerShell.
- Prior experience with Zoom phones to MS Teams phones preferred.
- Any MS Certifications or training with MS Teams such as MS-700, MS-720, MS-721, MS-740 and others preferred.
- Proficiency in deploying and managing audio/visual equipment.
- Strong understanding of networks, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and QoS.
- Experience with Oracle Session Border Controllers is a plus.
