Job Title: Program Manager (DuckCreek)
Work Location: Warren, NJ (Hybrid - Onsite)
Job Description:
- Program Manager with 14 to 16 years of experience in overseeing DuckCreek Policy and Billing implementations
- Experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance domain is a must
- Experience in Agile delivery with teams spread in multiple locations
- Ability to create and maintain detailed RAID logs for medium to large programs with multiple workstreams
- Collaborate with various cross functional teams to highlight dependencies and ensure that the dependencies are being met per the project plan
- Work closely with project sponsors cross functional teams and key stakeholders and ensure the program risks and issues are addressed promptly
- Track program financials throughout implementation and ensure adherence to the plan
- Strategize implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Minimum PMI/Prince2 Certification required
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction quality and performance
- Oversee multiple project teams ensuring program goals
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
