Job Description
The Impact You Can Make The Nurse Manager provides overall clinical and operational management on a 24 hour basis. Strong leadership, managerial skills, communication and collaborative skills are critical in order to provide quality patient care and an environment that fosters staff growth and satisfaction. The Nurse Manager is responsible for the management of human, material and fiscal resources to ensure the delivery of safe, quality, and patient focused care in the unit or service.
Education/Experience :
- Graduation from a Registered Professional Nursing program
- 3 years relevant clinical experience required
- 5 years clinical experience preferred
- Previous nursing management experience preferred
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing required
Licenses/Certificates/Registrations: - Current license and registration to practice Registered Professional Nursing in New York State
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications if required for service
- Certification of specialty organization preferred

Salary RangeThe expected base rate for this Glens Falls, New York, United States-based position is $43.65 to $64.63 per hour. Exact rate is determined on a case-by-case basis commensurate with experience level, as well as education and certifications pertaining to each position which may be above the listed job requirements.
