Akkodis is seeking an LTSS Business Analyst/Project Manager for a contract position with our Fortune 10 healthcare client.
Target Rate Range: $60-80/hr W2
100% Remote
Hours: 9am-5pm EST
Can you please provide a summary of the project/initiative which describes what’s being done?
The MALTSS Engagement establishes our client as the vendor to a state health program. They service the LTSS Provider network and effectively run all aspects of provider operations. They are set up by workstream to align with key state health program operations: program integrity, Provider network, Clinical and prior authorization, Reporting and analytics.
What does the ideal candidate background look like?
Ideal candidate has LTSS or Medicaid provider operations experience as a business analyst or project manager who is process oriented, thorough and detail minded.
Highly analytic mind with strong organization skills who asks questions and works through processes with rigor. Knowledgeable of MS suite of tools to help with organziation and efficiency (Outlook, OneNote, excel)
What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position?
- Project tracking and status reports, to include actions required and workflows involved.
- Manage process to ensure projects move forward timely as well.
- Ask questions/Understand interdependencies to ensure effective implementation - escalation process for issues
- Effectively communicate and facilitate effective project meetings
What skills/attributes are required?
- 5 years of experience as business analyst/project manager
- Strong analytic skills
- Strong communicator, concise, asks question to ensure understanding
- MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT, Visio
What skills/attributes are preferred?
Long Term Services and Supports provider experience (LTSS) Healthcare Operation Experience, especially Medicaid network and clinical operations MS project, OneNote
