MUST HAVE:
- 2-4 years of experience working in Electro-Mechanical or Electronic roles (Can be either or)
- Experience with tool maintenance and system repair
- Troubleshooting mindset and the ability to communicate technical issues clearly to the customer
- Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug test
- Ability to work overtime and/or travel on short notice, including unscheduled or other shifts.
- Associates or higher education in Electro/Mechanical or Electronic field
PLUSSES:
- Previous experience with Kokusai systems
DAY TO DAY:
A Semiconductor company in Boise, ID is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join their team. This person will be responsible for on-site servicing and/or modification of Semiconductor products onsite at customer locations. They will provide hands-on technical support at customer locations covering the operation of the equipment, as well as being responsible for the execution of preventative and corrective maintenance activities. This person will require excellent communication skills and serves as a liaison between the customer and various stakeholders in Japan and the USA, on a variety of technical and logistic responsibilities. Provides feedback to service, sales and technical support groups on customer’s needs and requests.
