This position will have the flexibility to telecommute, work a hybrid schedule, or work in the office. The incumbent will be required to complete a telework arrangement. The incumbent may be expected to work in the office on occasion.
Our Civil Rights Business Coordinator position provides project leadership and management for the Office of Civil Rights as legacy systems are retired and new systems and software are developed for the office. The responsibilities for this position also include:
- Replacing legacy systems that use outdated technology
- Documenting and improving business workflows
- Modifying business workflows to support a new technology system
- Assisting in the development, coordination, and maintenance of performance measures

Here are the minimum qualifications:
Two years of advanced professional experience that demonstrates the following:
- Experience using AASHTOW are Project Suite or other enterprise-wide IT systems.Experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
- Experience using data management tools and applications to monitor, collect, analyze, and archive large amounts of data.
- Experience documenting and conveying system functionality and enhancements to consultants and IT staff and/or other staff.
