Role-Endpoint Developer
Location-Berkeley Heights, NJ, United States
“Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$95,000] to [$110,000]. Responsibilities
- As the AMER Endpoint Developer Technical Resource, you will:
- Design and build new scripts and applications to remediate known endpoint issues and enhance the user experience.
- Improve and maintain existing remediation scripts.
- Develop processes for exporting data by leveraging API calls to our endpoint management systems (Intune, SCCM, Tanium, Azure, Graph API, Citrix, ServiceNow).
- Implement all development using a DevOps process, utilizing CI/CD pipelines within a Scrum Agile framework.
- Build and maintain scripts and processes to automate creating and modifying ServiceNow tickets based on KPIs that drive endpoint compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Security, Applications) to ensure seamless integration of end-user computing solutions with other systems and platforms.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements and develop comprehensive technical designs and implementation plans.
- Build automation solutions to manage all facets of the end-user computing environment.
- Create custom reports using SQL, Microsoft Graph API, KQL, and Power BI.
- Proactively identify and address significant bugs or issues impacting the user experience through automation scripts, and documenting processes for support teams.

- Expertise in building/Consuming API calls/functions to interact with SaaS/PaaS application services
- Expertise in building/following agile, scrum, and sprint development processes to build applications.
