Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 7+
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills - Proficiency in Gearset for Salesforce deployment automation.
- Extensive experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline development and management.
- Strong knowledge of Git for version control and branching strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development and deployment processes.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) for automation.

Roles & Responsibilities CI/CD Pipeline Management:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Gearset and Jenkins to support Salesforce deployments.
- Develop and manage automated deployment scripts and tools to streamline the release process.
- Ensure efficient and reliable build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Version Control and Branching:
- Implement and manage branching strategies in Git to support parallel development and feature releases.
- Ensure version control best practices are followed across all development teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
