About the Job:
The Manager, Salesforce Solution Architect will have the primary responsibility for overseeing and managing the design and implementation of robust and scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform leveraging the various tools and SF modules. The Salesforce Solution Manager will lead a team of Salesforce professionals, manage project timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
This role demands a high level of technical expertise, extensive financial knowledge and involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the Salesforce system aligns with the business goals, sales objectives, and customer support initiatives. This is not a remote position.
In This Role, You Will:
- Lead technology solutions for large initiatives involving End-to-End implementation in Salesforce.
- Manage a team of developers who will support the delivery of designs and solutions.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to enhance team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the team.
- Exercise solid understanding of industry-proven design patterns and expert-level understanding of distributed application architectures.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document programs using Agile development practices.
- Drive Technology SLA and performance management by working closely with internal as well as third-party strategic partners.
- Challenge status quo and be a change agent to drive the implementation of technology solutions.
- Drive overall technical design and architectural approach on early-stage, global Salesforce Sales & Service implementations.
- Develop APIs and integrations to other proprietary and SaaS systems.
- Understand and scope business requirements to deliver optimal, value-driven solutions for all stakeholders.
- Design scalable and innovative solutions within Salesforce, considering best practices and system limitations.
- Develop high-level architectural designs for Salesforce projects, ensuring integration with existing systems and platforms.
- Provide expert advice on Salesforce best practices and guidance on the effective use of Salesforce features and functionalities.
- Conduct regular configuration, code, and security reviews to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
- Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices, including the use of design patterns, code refactoring, and code optimization.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Collaborate with the development and integration team to resolve complex technical issues during the development lifecycle.
- Oversee junior developers and other team members.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Jr. sales analysts and sales support team
- Support training and workshops to improve team competency in Salesforce.
- Stay updated with Salesforce updates and technologies, continuously recommending enhancements
- Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting new Salesforce features and technologies as appropriate.
- Drive and deliver POCs to verify technical feasibility for complex business challenges.
- All other duties and projects as assigned.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required.
- 10+ years related professional experience is required.
- Certified Salesforce Architect or 11 years equivalent experience.
- Transportation and warehousing/logistics industry experience a plus.
- Proven experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
- Experience leading teams is required.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, financial, reporting, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party APIs.
- Ability to work in Agile and Scrum methodologies using Jira and GitHub.
- Familiarity with various coding languages such as Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, etc.
- Excellent understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and products.
- Business and financial reporting a must.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
