Their platforms leverage first-party data to drive marketplace revenue and profit by improving user experience and targeting shoppers throughout the purchase path. This client’s technology enables any advertiser and any marketplace, in any industry, to generate demand, drive revenue, and increase overall visibility.
THE ROLE
Our client is looking for an ML Engineer with extensive real-time bidding and AdTech experience to join their growing Machine Learning team. Responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems across various domains including recommendation systems, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Deploying machine learning models into production environments, and collaborating with software engineering teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Monitoring model performance and behavior in production, proactively identifying and addressing issues to maintain optimal performance and accuracy.
- Documenting methodologies, processes, and findings, sharing insights and best practices with the broader team to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives, communicating findings and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making and business impact.
WHO YOU ARE
- You can effectively develop and deploy machine learning models that solve complex problems and drive actionable insights
- You have extensive experience developing and debugging in Python, GoLang, Perl, and some knowledge in TensorFlow and model deployment tools like Airflow, Databricks, AWS, and Docker.
- You have extensive experience in the AdTech/Ad auctioning space
- You have experience in mode-based modeling
- You have excellent problem-solving and communication skills and are comfortable working directly with stakeholders to understand required product enhancements.
- Background in statistics and/or mathematics highly preferred
- You are willing to travel 4x per year to meet with different teams across the country
WHAT WE OFFER

- $200,000 - 215,000 annually, plus 5-10% bonus based on company and personal performance
