Quality Assurance Analyst
Our client is a rapidly growing computer software company. Their innovative software technology provides businesses with the tools to streamline and optimize their service offerings. They are hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in software testing principles and methodologies, coupled with hands-on experience in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products throughout the development process.

Focus:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and performance of software products.
- Collaborate closely with developers and other team members to understand product requirements and to deliver accurate and effective testing solutions.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard tools.
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Leverage testing applications and platforms (like JIRA, Selenium, or QTP) to conduct functional, regression, and integration assessments.
- Provide input and recommendations for improving software development processes to enhance product quality.
Skill Set:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on testing practices and methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various QA practices.
- Hands-on experience with QA tools and software, including but not limited to JIRA, Selenium, and QTP.
- Basic programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript are advantageous.
- Experience with automated testing tools and the ability to develop and execute automated test scripts highly preferred.
- Understanding of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and how they relate to QA processes preferred.
- Professional certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are highly desirable.
- Having familiarity with performance and security testing is advantageous.
