Core Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve support tickets within SLA times.
- Collaborate with clients, Service Delivery Managers, and Team Leads to provide top-quality service.
- Work on infrastructure projects to improve end-user experiences.
- Mentor and assist team members, acting as the SME for your client.
- Provide timely updates to clients and ensure all cases are followed up on promptly.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Advanced experience managing Desktop Support / Helpdesk tasks
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like NextGen or Athena.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across workstation hardware, Windows/Mac OS, mobile devices, and networking.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent Microsoft/Cisco certifications.
- Prior MSP or healthcare experience required, with ConnectWise experience preferred.
