Job Summary:
Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee projects; manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Team Leadership: Guide and support project teams.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as primary contact; provide updates and gather requirements.
- Risk and Quality: Address risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Budget Management: Monitor and report on project budgets.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in IT or related field; Master’s or PMP/Agile certifications preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in IT project management, preferably in insurance.
- Skills: Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills. Familiarity with project management tools.
