Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 7+
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Salesforce Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including Media cloud, Sales cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning components.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
Technical Leadership:
- Proven experience leading technical teams in Salesforce development, support projects. Ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to developers
Application maintenance and support experience
Application monitoring, incident management, problem management
Development Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Apex programming language and Visualforce.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components
Technical skill requirements : Apex, Triggers, LWC, Profiles, Permission sets, Page layouts, Custom settings, Aura, Visualforce pages, Remote site settings, Platform Events, Batch Apex, API integration, CTI , Flow, Process builder, Workflow, Connected App, Email templates, SOQL, SOSL , APIs, Test Class, Test Coverage , Custom metadata Integration Knowledge:
- Understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.

Roles & Responsibilities
Technical Expertise of Media cloud, Sales cloud and Service Cloud
Development Leadership:
- Lead and guide the development team in implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
AMS Support management:
Incident management, Problem management,
Service Requests, Data management
Application administration & Deployments (Prod / Stage / UAT)
Follow-up on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and permanent resolution of all the Incidents reported
Code Review and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and proper documentation.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes within the development team.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, solution architects, and QA, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and positive development environment.
Generic Managerial Skills
Proven experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Lightning Web Components and Apex. Technically lead a SF application maintenance and support work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaborativ ely in a team environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
