Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong collaborative partnerships across functional lines and at all levels within the organization
- Deep knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) architecture, administration, security, and deployment automation
- Advanced administration experience with O365, Azure Active Directory/Entra, and other relevant Azure cloud products
- Experience with automation capabilities like Terraform, Ansible, SCCM, PowerShell, Azure AVD, VMware Horizon, and thin client management.
- Experience with providing enterprise-level support of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory Group Policies and best practices
- Experience with leading the deployment of software through an enterprise management tool including the repackaging of software installers and drivers
- Experience with the definition, refinement, and support of operational processes and procedures in a regulated or formally audited enterprise
