The Engineering Technician will support our growth in the dispensing/reporting SaaS platform to support our customer experience. The right Candidate will be able to work with onboarding new customers, servicing current customers, testing new software releases, as well as providing input for future designs and solutions.
Job Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Responsible for managing the SaaS solution.
• Provide onboarding/technical support to customers.
• Review platform and provide feedback to developers for future enhancements.
• Release and maintain support materials to provide a positive customer journey and experience.
• Provide support to the Engineering department as needed.
• Configure hardware for configuration and testing.
• Provide on-site support for large customer installations.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and firewall related issues.
• Assist with hardware prototyping.
• Write reports based on lessons learned, best practices, etc.
