Title: Product Delivery Lead
Location: Hybrid – 2 days, Arbor Hills office
Duration: 4.5 month contract
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Product Delivery Lead that will oversee the integration of web applications with ERP or Order Management systems, leveraging tools like Informatica or MuleSoft. This role involves guiding the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, while ensuring compliance with software development processes and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will manage risks, facilitate team collaboration, and maintain strong relationships between product and business teams. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for success in this position, which requires a presence in the Minneapolis office two days a week.
Responsibilities:
• As a Technical Delivery Lead, candidate must have demonstrable experience in leading System Integration project, Web application integrated to an ERP or Order Management application using middleware tool like Informatica/ MuleSoft.
• Must contribute to the development of the Order Management product, in all phases of software development. Be involved in Requirement, design, testing, deployment and support phases.
• Must be able to challenge and have constructive conversations with business teams, Business System Analysts, Developers, testers, and the extended team to ensure optimal value is delivered.
• Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as requirement prioritization, Sprint/ Release planning, Back log grooming, Daily standup, and retrospective.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira to track user stories, development and testing tasks, bugs, keeping dashboards current for the Sprint.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and, get decisions made in a timely manner.
• Ensure software development processes are followed – requirement reviews, design review, code review, test case review and documentation are created.
• Responsible to Monitor, Measure, & Report Progress of the team
• Ensure good relationship between Product team and business as well as others outside the team and navigating through organization.
• Must have good problem-solving, organizational, analytical skills and team player.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to quickly build trust and relationships, manage matrixed teams, bridge communication gaps, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders.
