Purpose of Job:
Perform analyses and find solutions to moderately complex business or technical problems.
Job Components:
- Provide technical phone support for all IBSA systems
- Document, log, and assign all reported problems to appropriate departments
- Perform system analysis and identify solutions to technical problems
- Prepare and maintain documentation
- Provide production support activities for all IBSA systems
- Provide input to project estimates and work plans
Qualifications:
- College degree in computer related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in information processing.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
Scope Data:
Interaction with all levels of IBSA both internally and externally
Work Environment:
- Ability to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time
- Regularly required to use hands to grasp or handle, and talk and hear
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 20+ lbs.
