Job Title: Loan IQ Project Analyst
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Work Schedule: Hybrid (up to 3 days onsite per week)

This role involves supporting the transformation of Loan Operations with the implementation of the Loan IQ system. Responsibilities include designing and executing operational changes, integrating new processes with front office systems, and collaborating with technology teams. Develop strong partnerships across various functional areas to manage and support the Lending Operations transformation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in financial services or a similar industry.
- Experience with Loan IQ and designing/executing UAT.
- Strong understanding of lending business strategies, platform transformation, and operational impacts.
- Proficiency in Agile methodology and JIRA.
- Proven application implementation and system integration skills.
- Excellent analysis, documentation, and senior-level communication skills.
- Ability to manage work to achieve milestones on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and project management tools.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Flexcube.
- Project and program management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement changes across Global Loan Operations to transition to Loan IQ.
- Lead teams in enabling Loan IQ platform.
- Design and execute UAT strategy, including coordination of lower-level environments.
- Collaborate with Lending Operations and Technology teams on enablement and conversion efforts.
- Gather requirements for enablement initiatives and ensure appropriate sign-offs.
- Prepare status reports for senior management on the progress of transitioning trading capabilities from Flexcube to Loan IQ.
