Director of Clinical Operations:
- Team of 80 US clinical employees
- Review performance across the division
- Streamline work force and restructure where required
- Built a strong structure that allows scalability
- Providing support, training and development
- Strong leadership
- Works well under pressure
- Aggressive goals to reach within the first 6 months
- Work on ensuring timesheet are filled out correctly to ensure billables are directed to the correct clients
What the candidate need to have/ additional information.
- They don't like candidates from large CRO so focus on mid-small size CRO's, if they worked at a large CRO historically this is OK but not current.
- They need to have Med Dev or Med Tech experience.
- They need to have proven experience in making structural changes to allow scalability
- They will be working closely with the Director Project Management
- They will still have client facing responsibility (usually only as an acceleration point)
