The Supervisor is in charge to lead all the maintenance process in the station, is a critical position as if any aircraft presents a malfunction or mechanical failure, a quick and effective troubleshooting analysis must be carried out.
Responsabilities:
- Lead and assess the technical team in order to prioritze the preventive and corrective maintenance services
- Ensure that the aircraft operating is in safe and airworthy conditions, fulfilling a timely departure according to the itinerary
- Control de bugdet and the local resources
- Be available to travel when needed to take off-base training or support other stations
Qualifications:
- Aircraft Maintenance Technician studies
- Valid FAA license
- 6+ years of experience in the preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy aircrafts (more than 12,500 Kgs) including 3 minimum years of experience in the Embraer 190
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
