Our client provides industry-leading environmental and engineering solutions for their clients that are pushing the Renewable Natural Gas & Waste-to-Energy sector forward. They have been working in this space for over 30 years and they're on a mission to provide their clients the best service and serve as a true partner in the transition to cleaner and sustainable energy.
They're looking for a Project Engineering leader to support their team and rapidly growing book of business in the initial planning and design of new RNG facilities across the West Coast. In this role, you'd get the chance to define their project development vision for new facilities, technically lead a young and passionate team, and play a crucial role delivering a solution that will mitigate climate change!
What You'll Do:
- Provide technical leadership of the design of facilities that support RNG development.
- Develop and implement procedures for planning, design, and construction management to meet delivery targets.
- Manager all project financials such as budget, costs, and deliver financial progress reports.
- Manage multiple projects, from development and construction and be hands on. They have more business than they know what to do with, so you'd be expected to be very hands on technically to keep up with the pace of projects.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant Engineering degree.
- About 5-10 years of experience working as a Project Engineer, must have a background working for an EPC or Engineering firm managing multiple projects and clients.
- Strong experience in all phases of design including feasibility evaluations, design reports, construction drawings & specifications, designing pipelines & gas system interconnects, bidding assistance, system optimization, maintenance, and monitoring post-construction.
- Bonus points for having AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS skills!
- Bonus points for having biogas, landfill systems, or solid waste experience!
