Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced electrical wiring systems, adhering to project specifications and safety standards.
- Lead integration planning, ensuring seamless compatibility with control systems and other components.
- Provide technical leadership, guiding teams in best practices and maintaining high standards in design.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
- Document processes meticulously, creating wiring diagrams, schematics, and comprehensive integration plans.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure compliance and safety.
- Collaborate with engineers, developers, and project managers to achieve project goals.
- Assess risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential project delays or failures.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Electrical Systems Integration and Wire Harness Design.
- Knowledge of Power Distribution Design for aerospace applications.
- Proficiency in Systems Architecture and Integration Planning.
- Strong technical leadership and understanding of FAA Electrical Compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related field, with 9+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or similar sectors preferred.
