We are looking for an an experienced IT Director to join a well-known hospitality group in NYC. You will be responsible for overseeing the operational functions of their IT department, to ensure the delivery of an exceptional IT service. You will be spearheading their digital transformation journey as they look to optimize their infrastructure, which will involve leading several projects, whilst playing a crucial role in the building out their security and compliance frameworks. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders throughout the business to identify end-user needs and deliver tailored solutions.
What do you need?
- MUST have experience working with POS systems.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage projects and people remotely, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working across network, security and system infrastructure.
