Description
The ideal candidate will be a motivated, reliable and detail-oriented individual, driven to produce high-quality work. Their mission will be to continuously strive towards improved operational efficiencies.
Outcomes
- Clean, migrate and import customers' data through APIs to our system
- Own the communication and collaboration between us and the technical counterpart from the customer side.
- Partner with the customer success manager and product manager to find solutions and scope out projects for customers.
- Configure our no-code platform according to customers’ needs (including demos)
- Work with the product team to transfer knowledge to our core engineering team and become the technical expert between customers and our engineering team
- Lead the technical part of the customer onboarding and implementation
- Familiar with the backend and frontend infrastructure of our system to answer customers’ questions and concerns
- Know the database well enough to run reports & insights
- Handle the proof of concept on our integrations
- Document system flow on internal and external systems
- Own the demo environment of the system and always ready to demo to a potential prospect
- Assist the technology team to communicate directly with customers if debugging hard problems and support tasks
Skill and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any other related field.
- Deep understanding of API calls and how to set up an integration, in terms of endpoint testing, fields mapping, etc.
- Experience with python, java, MySQL, javascript is a plus
- Basic understanding of backend and frontend architecture
- Great communicators and collaborators
- Ability to explain complex technical terms to business users
- Ability to design technical solutions to solve customers’ problem
- Ability to train others on technical solutions
- Project management
- Quick learner and problem solver
- Mandarin Speakers required (will be working closely with our tech team in China)
