Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HVAC and sheet metal project phases, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to specifications.
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
- Ensure all projects comply with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards while maintaining a safe working environment.
Qualifications
