Our client, multinational food and drink processing corporation, is actively looking for a Quality Control Coordinator to join their team out of Hoboken, NJ!
***This is a W2, 12-month contract with the opportunity to convert or extend paying $18.50/hr!***
Responsibilities
- Providing status updates to other departments regarding the submission of samples (R&D, consumer complaints, extended expiration date samples, and stability (sample handling and control, data entry, etc).
- Assigning workload to QC Analyst according to the type of incoming samples on a daily basis.
- Communicates with appropriate personnel concerning re-sampling and acquiring missing information such as documentation and specification issues.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 Years of experience in chemical, microbiology or related field
- Associates / Bachelor's degree, Biology or related sciences (preferred)
- Problem-solving skills used in performing the job duties Mathematics used in the job (from basic counting to basic statistical analysis)
