As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of our client’s products and services. You will be responsible for developing standard work, managing test procedures, and leading continuous improvement efforts, all while adhering to the principles of lean methodologies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and a deep understanding of lean methodologies, making them an integral part of our client’s commitment to excellence.

Focus:
- Develop and implement standard work procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and manage test procedures, including the creation of testing protocols, data analysis, and reporting.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identify areas for enhancement, and drive process optimization.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues and defects.
- Work closely with the Quality Manager to maintain and improve our quality management system.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including quality standards, specifications, and process documentation.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits and compliance assessments.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in quality engineering.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in lean methodologies and quality management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus.
