Work Dates Needed: Monday through Thursday schedule (8am to 5pm) August 19-22 August 26-29 September 3-6 September 9-12 Worksite Setting/Scope of Work Patient census 20-23 ppd. All ages Basic Primary Care Appointment based with some walk ins Additional physicians and Advanced practice providers onsite Will work with an APP and sign off on any scripts The only controlled substance they prescribe is ADD Medicine EMR/EHR system: Aprima Requirements: SC license, Federal DEA, SC DEA/DHEC - controlled substance registration. Will accept NON boarded candidates Minimal credentialing complete privilege form, submit current PPD, Fit for duty form and Health questionnaire.
