We are looking for a Senior IT Manager to oversee strategic planning, implementation, and management of our IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless delivery of IT services. You will manage a small team to assist with these tasks and to manage our internal helpdesk functions.
Responsibilities:
- Management of IT staff through coaching and managing performance
- Managing onboarding/off boarding of new employees, including Azure AD, Jira, Slack, etc.
- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, procedures, and documentation
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Vendor management
- Procure hardware
- Software procurement, provisioning, and licensing
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Ability to work closely with the Engineering team
- Printer Management
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
- Experience managing a team
- Experience in Azure AD
- Network and data security
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with AWS
