One of our top clients in the Charlotte area is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to assist and drive customization and integration of the tool inside their organization. The ideal Service Now Architect will lead the solution design of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with client organizations, enterprise architecture, and desired outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, technical expertise, and the ability to work closely with key stakeholders and colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions.
This ServiceNow Architect will be creating the overall structure and blueprint of the ServiceNow system, including planning integrations with other systems and ensuring scalability and efficiency. This ServiceNow Architect will also be developing and customizing ServiceNow modules and workflows to meet specific business requirements and leading the technical team in executing these solutions. Finally, this ServiceNow Architect will provide guidance and best practices to developers and administrators while ensuring the system adheres to security and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experince configuring, supporting, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions
- Experience architecting ServiceNow solutions to seamlessly fit into an existing enterprise IT ecosystem
- Experience coding with web development languages
- Experience working with high-level stakeholders at the AVP, SVP or C level
- ServiceNow certifications, ITIL certification or CTA/CMA certifications are highly preferred
