Position Overview:
The ERP Administrator will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and maintenance of our ERP system, Syteline. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire ERP environment, ensuring optimal performance, and providing continuous support to end-users across different departments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Syteline and Infor Factory Track and a strong background in ERP system administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in finalizing the implementation of the Infor Syteline ERP system, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Configure and customize the Syteline ERP system to meet the specific needs of the company.
- Create, configure and generate reporting as needed by various departments
- Maintain and manage the ERP environment, ensuring system integrity, security, and performance.
- Develop and implement ERP policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation and data accuracy.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, addressing any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the ERP system supports business processes and objectives.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, conducting regular audits and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any ERP-related technical issues promptly.
- Stay current with ERP technology trends and best practices, recommending improvements as needed.
- Travel up to 20% as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience with Syteline ERP system.
- Proven experience in ERP system implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Understanding of financial data, sources of data in the ERP system, and it's end uses
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in oil & gas or high-pressure vessel manufacturing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of database management.
- Experience with ERP integration, data migration, and system upgrades is a plus.
