Overview:
We're looking for an experienced, collaborative, and self-driven Sr. IT Recruiter with established interest in Sales to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful work by sourcing, recruiting and interviewing prospective top talent for various client openings that will significantly help to achieve their overall business goals.
This individual must have proven capabilities and/or aptitude in full-lifecycle recruiting. This individual should utilize attention to detail and top-notch communication to positively impact our candidate and client experience. This person will have a voice in improving processes while working to build our talent pipeline. Ultimately, this team member should have strong time management and organization skills, with the ability to managemultiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Broadening the candidate pipeline to ensure the company is accessing and attracting an increasingly diverse mix of top talent.
- Sourcing and recruiting prospective talent by using databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Conducting interviews with candidates and assessing their skills, experience, and aptitudes for a position through our proven process.
- Collecting and managing candidates’ information (e.g., resumes and contact details)
- Providing an exceptional hiring experience by staying in close and frequent contact with each candidate throughout and after the identification, interview, and onboarding process
- Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identity and source qualified leads
- Developing and managing relationships with candidates and clients
- Effectively working through established Sales and BD onboarding program
- Working to build relationships with a few existing accounts in an effort to uncover more business and address untapped needs.
- Tackling account growth objectives as well as other prospecting to establish a book of net new business over the first 12+ months.
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have full lifecycle recruiting experience in staffing, recruiting and agency experience.
- Experience and proven track record specifically within Technical Staffing
- Thorough understanding of technology fundamentals, technical roles, and technical skills.
- Experience with interviewing and evaluating candidates (using phones, video screening, structured interviews, and assessments)
- Familiarity with third party sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder etc.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to maintain updated physical and digital employee records
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
- The ability to collaborate with team members and build interpersonal relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
