Job description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle R12 Functional Consultant with a strong background in Order Management, Purchase Orders, Internal Requisitions (IR), Internal Sales Orders (ISO), and Inventory.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting multi-organization, multi-site operations, and multi-currency management.
This role involves configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle R12 applications to optimize business processes across diverse operational environments.
Must Skills:
- Internal Requisitions (IR) & Internal Sales Orders (ISO) to support multi-org and multi-site operations.
- Ensure accurate handling and reporting of multi-currency management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle R12 modules, including Order Management, Purchase Orders, Internal Requisitions (IR), Internal Sales Orders (ISO), and Inventory.
- Configure and manage the IR and ISO modules to support multi-org and multi-site operations.
- Ensure accurate handling and reporting of multi-currency management.
- Develop and implement processes for inter company transactions and financial consolidations.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design.
- Configure Oracle R12 modules according to best practices and business needs.
- Business Process Analysis:
- Analyze current business processes related to order management, procurement, and inventory, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide functional expertise to ensure efficient process integration and workflow automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience as an Oracle R12 Functional Consultant with a focus on Order Management, Purchase Orders, Internal Requisitions (IR), Internal Sales Orders (ISO), and Inventory.
- Demonstrated experience supporting multi-organization, multi-site operations, and multi-currency management within Oracle R12.
- Strong understanding of Oracle R12 modules and their integration points.
- Experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle R12 applications in complex environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Oracle certification in relevant modules is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud or other ERP systems.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in ERP solutions.
