Corporate Social Responsibility CSR) Global Program Lead
Hyve Solutions is seeking an experienced Corporate Social Responsibility CSR) Global Program Lead to work with our executive and functional leadership to guide the further development and implementation of our company-wide labor, human rights, and ethics programs to assure ongoing fulfillment of global legal, customer, and RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) requirements.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with executive leadership, impacted corporate functions and global sites to provide leadership to advance Hyve Solutions global labor, human rights and ethics programs and related management systems including:
- Serve as Primary Contact with the RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) and RMI (Responsible Minerals Initiative) and lead and oversee Hyve Solutions fulfillment of RBA membership requirements, RBA Code of Conduct compliance and related customer requirements including:
a. Completing RBA’s Corporate and RBA Facility Risk SAQs (Self-assessment Questionnaires)
b. Providing leadership and oversight to assure all Hyve manufacturing sites maintain compliance with RBA’s Code of Conduct, are prepared for RBA audits, and achieve positive audit results.
c) Facilitating and supporting timely development and implementation of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for RBA audit findings
d) Participating in selected RBA/RMI working groups and task forces to maintain awareness of RBA’s programs, tools and resources that will benefit Hyve’s CSR program progress and performance
· Collaborate with Hyve Solutions supply chain management leadership and legal to
a. improve, refine, and extend Hvye’s global supplier responsibility, and responsible minerals sourcing due diligence policies, procedures, and results.
b) actively monitor and engage with Hvye’s suppliers to assure their fulfillment of Hvye’s related requirements
· Develop, update, and improve Hvye’s CSR policies as required to meet new or existing requirements.
· Drive, develop and maintain Hyve’s CSR risk assessment, risk prioritization and risk management/corrective action procedures and results.
· Coordinate Hvye’s responses to customer surveys and requirements in coordination with Hyve’s Environmental Sustainability Program Lead
· Establish, engage, and maintain effective communications and working relationships with Hyve’s customers in relation to fulfilling their CSR-related requirements.
· Drive, coordinate and support cross-functional actions necessary for Hyve to
a. maintain a 100% score on the Human Rights Campaign’s annual Corporate Equality Index survey.
b. attain and maintain a 100% score on Disability:IN’s annual Disability Equality Index survey, and
c. achieve positive results on other relevant corporate CSR scorecards in line with Hyve’s objectives.
· Collaborate with Hyve Corporate HR, Legal and Business Operations to assure Hyve’s training programs meet new and changing requirements; maintain records of employee participation; and evaluate/assure training effectiveness.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Hyve’s global human rights, labor, and ethics programs and initiatives, and collaborate with impacted functions to adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
· Develop and maintain KPIs for Hvye’s labor, human rights, and ethics programs.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and materials to communicate program activities, progress, and results for customers and other targeted audiences.
· Coordinate the program review meetings with Hvye’s Executive CSR and Environmental Sustainability Steering Committee in conjunction with Hyve’s Environmental Sustainability Program Lead
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in technical, science or business major; Masters’ degree preferred.
· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leading/managing a global CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program, preferably for a technology company that is an RBA member or is subject to RBA requirements.
· Experience leading and working on global teams, legal and compliance projects, and keen attention to detail.
· Mastery of program and project management skills, tools, and concepts.
· Demonstrated skills and confidence in engaging with executives, customers, and other stakeholders in representing and advocating for CSR programs and initiatives.
· Effective, professional, cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop effective risk management and compliance strategies.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Open and collaborative mindset and approach, in line with Hvye’s corporate values
· Certifications in relevant areas such as CSR, sustainability, supply chain management, management systems and auditing a plus.
