Key Responsibilities of Quality Assurance Analyst
- Collaborate with team members to conduct testing, QA, and validation of data movements, ensuring correct data presentation for both qualitative and numeric data.
- Engage with business and development teams to test changes and periodically review documents before the quarterly release of marketing materials.
- Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and test result documentation.
- Identify and analyze data issues, tracing them back to the original data source.
- Implement automated testing processes where applicable.
- Adhere to Change Management processes when requirements change post-sign-off.
- Participate in daily scrum meetings, logging bugs with detailed information.

- Finance domain experience is a MUST
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, particularly in systems generating marketing materials Factsheets, Pitchbooks for Financial Services or a related field.
- Proven experience working closely with Product teams.
- Strong understanding of financial terminology relevant to Financial Services Factsheet generation.
- Effective communicator, capable of working directly with business teams and managing client expectations.
- Advocate for and experienced with change management processes.
- Proactive problem-solver with a dedicated work ethic for addressing business and technical challenges.
- Experience with tools like Livedocs or similar Factsheet generation software.
- Familiarity with Data Feeds, Automated jobs, and Informatica Cloud is advantageous.
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL, relational database management systems, and data analysis.
- Competence in using Project management and agile tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Preferred Experience of Quality Assurance Analyst
- Comprehensive understanding of all stages of agile development and deployment.
- Practical experience with SCRUM methodologies, including daily stand-ups, burn-down charts, capacity planning, and sprint planning.
