Duration: 12 months contract
Description:
Ensure coordinated project management of all scientific initiative activities needed to bring assigned project(s) to completion. Projects include both strategic initiatives and process/efficiency improvements. Incumbent would be capable of managing multiple projects with scopes that would impact other sites.
Responsibilities:
• Initiative to optimize business side, budget.
• Create timeline, strategy and process for funding.
• Drive matrixed cross-functional teams comprised of Scientists and Engineers.
• Gather required project plan inputs then develop, maintain and execute the cross-functional project plan.
• Track and hold team accountable for measurable actions.
• Present project status to management and stakeholders at scheduled management update meetings.
• Understand project drivers, requirements, scenarios and options.
Experience:
• 4-6+ years combined experience in positions related to process development, project management required.
Skills:
• MS Project, Visualization of Power BI, and Planisware.
• Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to plan, sequence, schedule, monitor, control and execute project plans.
• Ability to effectively facilitate the resolution of complex scientific, and business issues.
Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in, Life Sciences, or other scientific related disciplines.
