We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in ITSM/CSMto join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent coding skills, experience with REST and Scripted REST integrations, and a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM/CSM modules. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders, participation in agile development processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in software development and/or application architecture.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM/CSM modules and tools, APIs, and integration methodologies.
- Good coding skills and development knowledge, with the ability to write clean, efficient code.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Workflow, Flow Designer, Event Management, and Portal Design.
- Knowledge of LDAP integration, Service Catalog, Reporting and data/application migration.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement performance enhancements.
- Familiarity with ACL, UI Policies/Actions, web services, and ServiceNow development best practices.
