Akkodis is seeking an engineering manager/Lead Tech Architect for a client in San Jose, CA or Seattle, WA
Salary Range: $200K to $210K.
100% ONSITE.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the principal technical leader for the Governance Platform R&D organization, partner with senior engineering leaders to make key decisions, plan strategies, and drive execution, serving as a trustworthy consultant for org-level initiatives.
- - Lead and drive the organization's critical long-term technical roadmap and ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
- 5 to 7 years max in exp
- - Define technical direction for the org by designing sustainable systems, frameworks, and patterns that scale and drive business impact.
- - Mentor and develop other engineering leaders, upholding a high bar of engineering excellence.
SKILLS:
- - Proven expertise in distributed systems, storage systems, and other relevant technologies. - Hands-on experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives with exceptional communication and collaboration skills. - Proven problem-solving skills and abilities to think strategically and make sound technical decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
- - Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
- - Minimum 5 years of industry experience in a technical leadership role, preferably as a tech lead or equivalent, in a fast-paced, high growth tech environment.
- - Proven history of effective technical execution and leadership.
